Nourvi — Support & privacy requests
Nourvi is made by an independent developer. Email Nourvi.app@gmail.com for anything below.
Help with the app
- AI estimate looks wrong? Tap the item to change the food, portion or numbers before (or after) logging. AI estimates are approximate.
- Turn off AI estimates: Settings → Privacy & your data → AI meal estimates.
- Stop Apple Health access: Health app → your profile → Apps → Nourvi → turn the switches off.
- Report a problem or idea: Settings → Share an idea, or email us.
Your privacy choices and requests
- Get a copy of your data: Settings → Privacy & your data → Export my data.
- Correct your data: edit any entry or your profile in the app.
- Delete your account and data: Settings → Account → Delete account, or see delete your data.
- Withdraw AI consent: Settings → Privacy & your data.
- Anything else (for example a request under a state privacy law, or an appeal of our decision on a request): email us with the subject “Privacy request”. We’ll confirm the request comes from the account owner, usually by replying from the email on the account, and answer within 45 days. We never ask for a government ID for this. If we decline a request, we’ll explain why and how to appeal.
Nourvi does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of for those purposes.
Report a security issue
If you find a security problem, email us with the subject “Security” and enough detail to reproduce it. Please don’t access other people’s data, and give us a reasonable time to fix it before sharing it publicly.
Report a friend’s display name
In the app: press and hold the name → Report name. Or email us the name and why you’re reporting it.
