Open Nourvi → Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and everything linked to it from our cloud and from your phone right away: your logs, profile, weights, recipes, GLP-1 notes, friends name and step totals, AI scan counts and feedback. It can’t be undone, so export first if you want a copy (Settings → Export my data).
Can’t use the app?
Email Nourvi.app@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Nourvi account”, from the email address you signed up with. If you write from a different address, we’ll ask you to confirm it’s you. We delete the account and its data within 30 days (usually much sooner) and email you when it’s done.
What happens to your data
Everything linked to your account is erased from our database straight away.
Our database provider’s automatic backups roll over within 7 days; we never use backups to restore a deleted account.
Meal photos and descriptions were never stored by us; our AI provider deletes them within 30 days of each estimate.
Data in Apple Health belongs to Apple Health. Deleting Nourvi doesn’t remove it; manage it in the Health app.
If you used Nourvi as a guest (no account), your data is only on your phone: delete it with Settings → Clear all data, or by deleting the app.
